All our bottles for Eternity are made with Aluminium and sometimes have dinks and imperfections, this does not affect the performance or robustness of the bottle just adds to each bottle's uniqueness!
Therefore, we do not replace " dinked" bottles unless they are badly damaged or are very unlikely to be leaking.
In this case we would ask for photographic evidence. :)
